There are some projects you simply need to talk through with an expert. This style of coaching allows you to work one-on-one with Chelsea to talk through your business or project problems. She’ll help brainstorm a path forward, suggest resources, and ask the questions you didn’t know to ask.

Interim Staff Coaching
There are times we inherit a business unit with employees that have very different skillsets. If you find yourself with an ecommerce or martech employee that you need help motivating, coaching, or mentoring, reach out! Chelsea has significant leadership and mentorship experience and can either guide management in setting goals for their team or step in with training and workshops.
